American model, actress, singer Zoe Isabella Kravitz was born on 1 December 1988 Venice, Los Angeles, California, USA. She is a daughter of Lenny Kravitz (musician), Lisa Bonet(actress ) and parents are of half African-American and half Jewish descent. Her paternal grandfather Sy Kravitz was NBC television news producer. She attended Miami Country Day School. In 2007, she graduated from Rudolf Steiner School. She left college and moved to Brooklyn, New York to work in films.
Kravitz made her acting debut in the year 2007 while in high school from a romantic comedy film No Reservations. Same year she also appeared in the action thriller The Brave One, family drama Birds of America and neo noir comedy Assassination of a High School President. She starred in the romantic comedy Beware the Gonzo, in which she portrays a high school sex columnist. In 2011, her breakthrough role came in the superhero film X-Men: First Class, which was followed by roles in The Divergent Series and Mad Max: Fury Road. Since then, Zoe has had supporting roles in films like The Lego Batman Movie and the Harry Potter spin-off film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, a role she reprised in its sequel, as well as starring roles in independent films, like Dope, Adam Greens Aladdin. In 2017, she co-starred in the HBO ensemble drama series Big Little Lies.
Beside acting she has also worked as a musician and model worked for Venus Zine, Elle. In 2009, she was the face of Vera Wangs Princess fragrance. She released the album Calm Down in 2014.
