Short biography of Cara Delevingne

Cara Delevingne also known as Cara Jocelyn Delevingne was born on August 12, 1992, in Hammersmith, London, UK, to Charles Hamar Delevingne and Pandora Anne Delevingne (nee Stevens) as the youngest of their three daughters. She was raised in Belgravia, London, one of the most posh areas around the globe. She studied in central London at the 'Francis Holland School' and completed her GCSE examination. At 16 years of age, in pursuit of studying drama and music, she started attending 'Bedales School' in Hampshire, however left it after a year to follow her sister Poppy's footsteps into the world of modelling.

She has modelled for the worlds biggest brands, acted in Hollywood blockbusters, and now written her own song. Given the young age which she's achieved all of this, it's pretty remarkable and/or bleak - depending on which way you look at it. She appeared in shows and cat walked on ramps for many houses like 'Burberry', 'Dolce & Gabbana', 'Moschino', 'Fendi' and 'Mulberry' and fashion and costume designers like Jason Wu and Oscar de la Renta. She also featured on covers of various fashion magazines such as 'Vogue' UK, 'Russh', 'i-D', 'Jalouse' and 'Love' and advertising campaigns for brands like 'Chanel', 'Zara' and 'H&M'. She made her film debut with the historical romance film 'Anna Karenina' and after a couple of films landed up portraying one of the central characters of the film 'Paper Towns'. Her other notable films include 'Suicide Squad' and 'London Fields'. Fashion news site ranked her number 17 in their 2013 list of '50 Top Models'. Her upcoming films include science fiction action flick 'Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets' and historical drama 'Tulip Fever'.

Just when we thought she'd exhausted all areas of skill, Cara releases her first ever music video to accompany the song 'I Feel Everything,' which appears on the Valerian soundtrack. The track was produced by Pharrell and the video features Delevingne wearing a two-piece suit while varying up the hairstyles. On Instagram, the 24-year-old reveals she even wrote the song. Yep, her CV can also include songwriter.
